Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to management
