The hospital operates 24/7 with modern facilities and a professional healthcare team. The front office team plays an important role in supporting patients and hospital operations during night hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors
- Handle patient registration and admissions
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Maintain front desk records and data entry
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments
- Manage billing and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth front office operations during night shifts
Qualification
- Any Degree
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
Shift Timings
- Night Shifts Only
- Rotational / Fixed Night Duty depending on hospital requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
