We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead real estate sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close sales leads for residential and commercial projects.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
