Ø Manage cross-functional coordination between civil, electrical, mechanical, firefighting and finishing trades to prevent rework.
Ø Oversee project execution with vendors, ensuring adherence to design requirements and site timelines.
Ø Conduct regular site meetings to resolve inter-trade clashes and address technical requirements.
Ø Review design and shop drawings; proactively identify discrepancies and coordinate with MEP consultants for solutions.
Ø Implement rigorous Quality Control (QC) and Assurance (QA) standards.
Ø Manage the RFI process and secure formal consultant approval for executed works via inspection tickets.
Ø Conduct final project snagging, identifying and resolving defects before handover.
Ø Lead end-to-end tendering and procurement, including ordering long-lead items to meet project schedules.
Ø Manage billing operations, including preparation of RA bills, supply bills, and installation bills.
Ø Perform reconciliation between estimated and billed quantities; prepare revised BOQs and variation reports for client approval.
Ø Generate comprehensive weekly progress reports for Project Heads, highlighting critical path bottlenecks.
Ø Manage project closeout and handover, ensuring delivery of as-built drawings, operation manuals, test certificates, and warranty documentation to clients.
