- Team Management & Mentoring: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales consultants. Conduct daily briefings, monitor individual performance metrics, and assist in closing difficult deals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set aggressive yet realistic monthly and quarterly targets for the team. Drive the volume of vehicle sales, test drives, and finance/insurance (F&I) penetration.
- Lead & CRM Management: Monitor walk-ins and inquiries. Ensure the team logs all follow-ups, test drives, and client interactions into the Dealership Management System (DMS) or CRM.
- Customer Experience (CSI): Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index ratings. Resolve customer complaints and oversee the smooth delivery of vehicles.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with Finance, Insurance, Inventory/Workshop (for pre-delivery inspections), and Trade-In (True Value) departments to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, local market trends, and pricing strategies to adjust sales tactics.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in automotive sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-handling role.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
