Senior Solutions Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
At company, we are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who can bridge customer requirements, DevSecOps tools, and real-world implementation.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role involving pre-sales (POCs, demos) + post-sales (implementation, support) for enterprise clients across industries like Automotive, BFSI, and Healthcare.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple tools, technologies, and customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer environments and design end-to-end DevSecOps / AppSec solutions
- Lead and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate product value
- Deliver technical demos and presentations to customers and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into successful deployments
- Implement and integrate tools across CI/CD pipelines and SDLC workflows
- Troubleshoot issues across builds, integrations, and deployments
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years in Solutions Engineering / DevOps / Pre-sales Engineering
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and SDLC processes
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments.
- Ability to work directly with customers and handle technical discussions independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills (Highly Valuable)
- Experience with DevSecOps / Application Security tools (SAST, SCA, DAST, SBOM)
- Familiarity with tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx, Snyk, Jenkins, Git, GitLab.
- Exposure to enterprise PoC execution and solution deployment
