- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil) materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/suppliers to get competitive pricing and quality materials.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery and dispatch status.
- Coordinate with site engineers/project teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Maintain updated records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory.
- Handle material inward and quality verification processes.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards.
- Assist in cost control and vendor performance tracking.
- Key Skills:
- Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Civil) materials.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with local suppliers and market rates.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
