Role Overview:
- We are looking for a smart, analytical QA Engineer to lead the testing and validation of our autonomous AI voice systems.
- The job goes beyond basic manual testing, requiring you to design and use advanced testing methods for next-generation AI.
- You will use the Agentforce Testing Center, Service Cloud Voice, and prompt evaluation techniques.
- Your main goal is to make sure real-time voice agents deliver accurate, secure, and natural customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Test voice AI agents using the Agentforce Testing Center to check how well they reason, talk naturally, and follow specific topics and actions.
- Run voice tests in the Voice Preview engine and on actual phone lines to measure system speed, speech recognition, and language understanding.
- Check and test Prompt Builder setups to find and fix AI mistakes, off-topic answers, or drops in quality.
- Test full phone system connections (like Amazon Connect or Genesys) to make sure calls route correctly, transcriptions work, and the AI can smoothly hand off calls to human agents.
- Verify data is saved correctly in Salesforce by making sure voice chats successfully launch workflows, update database fields, and log call records.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Certified AI Specialist / AI Associate Any equivalent Salesforce Consultant or Service Cloud Voice certification (a major plus given telephony routing and contact centre setup validation requirements).
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
