Training Coordinator
Coordinate property management training programs covering engineering, soft services, fire & life safety, BSC, audits, SOPs, and operational guidelines
Work closely with L&D, property management, and technical teams to identify training needs and develop training plans
Manage the property management training calendar and communicate schedules to site teams and stakeholders
Arrange internal and external trainers, venues, site-based sessions, and training materials
Track attendance, certifications, and mandatory training completion
Collect and consolidate training feedback to support continuous improvement
Support compliance, audit readiness, and operational excellence through structured training initiatives
Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation for audits and reviews
Experience in Learning & Development within property or facilities management environments
Understanding of engineering operations, soft services, fire & life safety, and compliance-driven training
Familiarity with SOPs, audits, BSC, and operational guidelines
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
