Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. The role involves strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align business strategies.
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Proficiency in CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, Inside Sales , BD Sales or a similar role.
