Role: Process Consultant Trainee
Location: Mumbai
Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers
Key Responsibilities
- Process healthcare insurance claims as per client guidelines
- Review, investigate, and resolve claim-related queriesHandle calls and provide customer support when requiredEnsure compliance with quality and productivity standardsMaintain accuracy while processing transactionsCollaborate effectively with team members and supervisorsAdhere to attendance, punctuality, and process guidelines
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skillsFamiliarity with MS Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsWillingness to work in rotational shiftsUS Healthcare knowledge will be an added advantage
