Job Summary:
Park Connect Cooperative Housing Society is looking for a reliable Multi-Skilled Technician to work during night shift and ensure smooth functioning of essential services within the society. The technician will be responsible for handling electrical issues, managing water systems, and assisting with minor maintenance and administrative tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and resolve electrical failures and maintenance issues during night hours.
- Operate and monitor water pumps, tanks, and water distribution systems.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting related to electrical, plumbing, and utility services.
- Maintain night shift logs and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with management or vendors in case of major breakdowns or emergencies.
- Ensure proper functioning of essential utilities and equipment in the society.
- Assist with basic office or documentation work if required.
Shift Timing:
Night Shift (Approx. 8–12 hours, timing to be finalized)
Employment Type:
Contract / Part-time (Night Shift)
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, pump operations, and building maintenance
- Ability to handle minor repairs and troubleshooting
- Responsible and able to work independently during night hours
- Basic record keeping and communication skills
Experience:
2–4 years experience in maintenance, technician work, or facility management preferred.
