Position: Team Lead – Production Planning & Quality
Experience: 10+ Years
Salary: ₹75,000/- per month
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of SIKSHA course production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Manage, mentor, and allocate work to the production team while monitoring productivity and performance.
- Ensure quality standards through final Technical Quality Control (TQC), including video, audio, graphics, subtitles, branding, and exports.
- Develop and optimize production workflows, SOPs, approval processes, and resource planning to improve efficiency.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain high production value across all learning content.
- Manage production tools such as Canva, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other AI-enabled production platforms.
- Implement AI-driven workflows, including avatar-based videos, voice cloning, AI localization, dubbing, automated QC, and interactive e-learning layouts.
- Coordinate with academic, creative, technical, and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain proper organization, version control, and archiving of production assets and project files.
- Track project timelines, resolve production issues, manage risks, and ensure all deliverables meet organizational quality standards.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
