Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced PGT Fine Arts Teacher to teach students from Classes 6th to 12th. The candidate should be skilled in drawing, painting, craftwork, and visual arts, with the ability to inspire creativity and artistic expression among students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Fine Arts subjects to students from Classes 6th to 12th.
- Plan and deliver engaging art lessons covering drawing, sketching, painting, craft, and creative design.
- Encourage students to participate in art competitions, exhibitions, and school activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Support students in developing creativity, imagination, and artistic skills.
- Decorate school boards, event stages, and exhibition displays when required.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts or related field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of various art techniques and mediums.
- Ability to handle middle and senior school students effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of canvas painting, craftwork, and sketching.
- Experience in organizing art exhibitions and competitions.
- Basic knowledge of digital art/design tools will be an added advantage.
