Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property visits.
- Explain property features, pricing, and available offers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and other sources.
- Negotiate and assist clients during the closing process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
