Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Import–Export Documentation Executive to manage and coordinate all export and import documentation activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and smooth shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare, verify, and process export-import documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL, COO, Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, and Insurance Documents.
· Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customers.
· Handle customs clearance procedures and resolve shipment-related issues.
· Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
· Process LC, Advance Payment, D/P and D/A documentation.
· Coordinate with banks for export-import transactions and document submission.
· Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FSSAI, APEDA, RBI, ICEGATE and other regulatory requirements.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation filing systems.
Required Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Export Management, or related field.
Required Skills
· 3–5 years of experience in Import–Export Documentation.
· Strong knowledge of Customs, DGFT, APEDA, FSSAI, ICEGATE, and export-import regulations.
· Hands-on experience with LC, D/P, D/A, and banking documentation.
· Good understanding of INCOTERMS and shipping procedures.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
· Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
