Job Description (JD):
Key Responsibilities
- Install dormakaba automatic doors, access control systems, and hardware.
- Provide technical support during on-site installation for new projects.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on dormakaba products.
- Diagnose faults and perform corrective repairs to restore functionality.
- Handle emergency breakdown calls as part of a rotational on‑call schedule.
- Recommend corrective actions or system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate service reports, checklists, and job documentation.
- Record parts used, labor time, and site details in company systems (tablet/iPad).
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical diploma/certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar).
- 1+ year of experience in field service, mechanical/electrical maintenance, or automatic doors.
- Experience with automatic doors or access control systems.
- Willingness to travel and work at multiple customer locations – Should have valid 2 wheeler license and 2 wheeler ( having 2 wheeler add advantage with positive impact on output)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
