The Centre Supervisor is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the training The Centre Supervisor is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the training centre, ensuring high standards of student service, administrative efficiency, faculty coordination, and infrastructure management. The role involves overseeing centre activities, maintaining operational discipline, supporting student engagement, and contributing to the achievement of business and academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and engagement.
- Coordinate class schedules and support faculty requirements.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure classrooms, labs, and centre infrastructure are well-maintained.
- Support admissions, events, and student activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- Additional certification in administration or operations management is preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in centre administration, operations, educational institutions, training centres, or customer service environments.
- Experience in handling students, faculty coordination, and administrative processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
