Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Management
- Identify and generate prospective student leads through various channels, including online platforms, databases, referrals, and other outreach activities.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, communication history, and follow-up details.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Student Outreach & Engagement
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about study abroad programs and services.
- Schedule and coordinate student meetings via Microsoft Teams, phone, or in person, as required.
- Share program brochures, emails, and WhatsApp communications to provide relevant information and updates.
- Respond promptly to student queries, address concerns, and build strong relationships with students and their families.
Student Counseling & Conversions
- Guide prospective students by understanding their academic background, career goals, and study preferences.
- Provide personalized recommendations on study destinations, courses, and career pathways.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolled students by effectively communicating the value of the company's services and resolving objections.
Reporting & Target Achievement
- Meet monthly lead generation, counseling, and enrollment targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Monitor individual performance metrics and contribute to overall team goals.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Student Counsellors and Marketing team to ensure seamless lead handovers and an excellent student experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve lead quality and student acquisition strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming discussions to enhance outreach efforts and conversion rates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
