Job Description:
- Maintenance Operations: Direct daily repair work, execute scheduled upkeep, and fix equipment breakdowns quickly.
- Manage preventive and breakdown Maintenance
- System Oversight: Monitor building utilities like HVAC, electrical wiring, and plumbing.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow local health and fire rules, run safety checks, and manage emergency responses.
- Team & Vendor Management: Guide technicians, hire outside contractors, and track spare parts stock
- Ensure Compliance with NABH, Statutory and safety requirement
- Support emergency Prepard and disaster management
Qualification
Bachelor's degree OR Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Preferance will be given who has experience in NABH hospital
Job location will be Mastichak, parsa, Bihar, 841219
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
