Job Description
We are looking for a hybrid Video Editor & Creative Content Lead who can own our content pipeline from concept to final cut. In this role, you will brainstorm viral ideas, shape our social media strategy, and edit high-impact short- and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
If you are a self-starter who lives on social media, understands modern pacing and hooks, and can turn raw footage into compelling stories without hand-holding, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Ideation: Brainstorm, script, and pitch fresh content concepts, trends, and campaign ideas tailored to our audience.
- Social Media Execution: Manage publishing schedules, track performance metrics, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Cut raw footage, add dynamic captions, integrate sound design, color correct, and deliver polished final videos.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of platform algorithms, trending audio, and shifting formats to keep our brand relevant.
Requirements & Setup
- Experience: Proven experience in video editing, content creation, or social media management (strong portfolios required).
- Equipment & Software: Candidates must have their own reliable computer, hardware, and access to industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). We do not provide equipment, software licenses, or devices.
- Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
- Skills: Excellent eye for visual pacing, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
