1. Position Summary
CAMFiN Global Academy is seeking a qualified HR Faculty with strong practical exposure in recruitment, HR operations, or training. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering industry-relevant Human Resource Management training with a practical, application-oriented approach.
2. Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in:
- Recruitment & Selection
- HR Operations & Payroll
- Labour Laws & Compliance
- Performance Management
- Training & Development
- Provide real-time, practical insights based on professional experience
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments
- Guide students on HR practices followed in organizations
- Support students in interview preparation and job readiness
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic support
- Ensure adherence to academic schedules and institutional standards
3. Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification:
- MBA (HR) / PG in Human Resource Management (mandatory)
Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations
- Teaching or training experience is an added advantage
4. Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions
- Understanding of basic labour laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly with practical examples
- Student-focused teaching approach
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
