About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Ahmedabad. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals across the United States, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and advanced practice providers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with U.S. recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified healthcare candidates through job boards, databases, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Recruit physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and allied health professionals for permanent, locum tenens, and contract positions.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, licensure, and availability.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities.
- Verify credentials, licenses, certifications, and work history.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Stay informed about U.S. healthcare staffing trends, licensing requirements, and recruitment best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in U.S. healthcare staffing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience using job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, or Doximity.
- Strong internet research and candidate sourcing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, or nurses in the U.S.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare credentialing and licensing processes.
- Knowledge of locum tenens recruitment.
- Experience with Bullhorn, Salesforce, Vincere, or other recruitment platforms.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, night shift (U.S. time zones) with occasional flexibility based on client requirements.
Pay: ₹18,852.83 - ₹31,104.01 per month
Work Location: In person
