Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary
- We are looking for confident and result-oriented female candidates to join our team as Telecallers. The primary responsibility is to contact prospective customers from the provided database, generate leads, and schedule appointments for meetings either at our office or at the customer's residence.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers from the company-provided database.
- Generate quality leads through outbound calling.
- Schedule appointment with interested customers.
- Coordinate and confirm meeting date, time, and address.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer responses.
- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and improve conversions.
- Supportes team by providing qualified leads.
Daily Targets
- 80 Fresh Calls per Day
- 30 Follow-up Calls per Day
- Monthly Targets (26 Working Days)
- 2,080 Fresh Calls 780 Follow-up Calls
- Total 2,860 Calls
Eligibility Criteria
- Female / Male Candidates
- Only Age: 25 to 35 Years
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills in Hindi
- Basic Computer and Mobile Handling
- Knowledgee in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Lead Generation will be preferred
Compensation & Incentives

- Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000+
