Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions that enhance the functionality and reliability of business systems, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and data modeling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
