Requirements:
- Experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and tools
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and civil work
- Ability to read drawings and plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site
- Manage and guide workers, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management
- Maintain quality control and safety standards
- Handle basic site documentation and material tracking
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and suppliers
- Solve on-site issues and delays efficiently
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
