Social Media Manager
Location: North Delhi (On-site)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month
We are hiring a results-driven Social Media Manager with hands on experience in content, reels, and performance tracking. This role is for someone who can lead a team, execute campaigns, and drive real growth, not just post content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram & other platforms
- Lead and manage a team of social media executives
- Create and oversee reels, content calendars, and campaign ideas
- Coordinate product shoots, influencer content, and basic video edits
- Track trends and implement high-performing content formats
- Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize performance
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong experience with Instagram reels & trend based content
- Experience managing a team
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools
- Understanding of content performance & analytics
