Role Overview
Teach communication, confidence, teamwork, and life skills to school-level students. Focus is on making classes interactive, fun, and practical so students actually use the skills.(Institution will give free training to the selected candidates before starting the job)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sessions: Deliver classess on communication, public speaking, leadership, time management, teamwork, emotional intelligence and the personality development
- Motivate students: Use activities, role-plays, debates, and games to build confidence and participation
- Lead by example: Show leadership, discipline, and positive attitude in class
- Track progress: Assess student growth and give feedback to parents/school
-What We’re Looking For
- English fluency: Excellent spoken + written English. Clear articulation matters
- Leadership skills: Ability to command a classroom, handle groups, and inspire students
- Training experience: Prior work with school/college students is a plus, freshers with passion for training and strong communication skills also welcome
- Energy + empathy: You should enjoy working with kids/teens and know how to motivate them
- Creativity: Can turn lessons into activities students remember
