- Planning: Define project scope, set clear goals, build timelines, and map out milestones.
- Budget & Resources: Estimate costs, manage funds, and assign tasks to the right team members.
- Risk Management: Find potential problems early and create backup plans to fix them.
- Communication: Lead team meetings and give status updates to clients and bosses.
Required Skills :-
- Leadership: Ability to motivate workers and solve team conflicts.
- Organization: Strong focus on details and time management.
- Technical Tools: Knowledge of software like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
