About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll create engaging videos, presentations, graphics, and other visual content that supports employee training, internal communications, and business initiatives. You'll play a key role in transforming ideas into professional, high-quality multimedia assets while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality training and marketing videos.
- Create engaging presentations, graphics, and visual content.
- Design multimedia assets for learning materials and business communications.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe InDesign.
- Good understanding of visual design principles, typography, layout, and branding.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating training or instructional content.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
