SALES EXECUTIVE - Lubricants (with Paint & Adhesives Knowledge)

Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for lubricants in industrial sales and wholesale.
● Leverage existing knowledge of paint and adhesives to cross-sell and support client solutions.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
● Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, showcasing product benefits and features.
● Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly.
● Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
● Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
● 12th pass2+ years of proven sales experience in lubricants, paint, or adhesive industry.
● Strong technical knowledge of industrial applications for lubricants, paints, and adhesives.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
● Willingness to travel extensively.
