1. Workshop Operations Management
- Oversee daily service operations of the workshop
- Ensure vehicles are repaired and delivered on time
- Monitor productivity, bay utilization, and workflow efficiency
- Maintain premium service standards expected by luxury car owners
- Ensure proper use of diagnostic equipment and tools
2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Handle VIP/high-value customers professionally
- Resolve escalations and complaints quickly
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
- Ensure transparent estimates, billing, and communication
- Build long-term customer trust and retention
3. Team Leadership
- Lead service advisors, technicians, supervisors, and support staff
- Conduct performance reviews and training
- Maintain discipline and professional culture
- Recruit skilled technicians when required
- Motivate staff to achieve targets
4. Financial & Business Responsibility
- Achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets
- Monitor labor sales, spare parts sales, and workshop expenses
- Improve workshop profitability through efficient operations
- Control warranty claims and rework costs
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure manufacturer SOPs are followed
- Maintain safety standards and audit readiness
- Ensure genuine spare parts usage
- Monitor repair quality and reduce repeat jobs
6. Inventory & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with spare parts suppliers/vendors
- Ensure availability of fast-moving parts
- Monitor inventory losses and wastage
7. Reporting & Management Coordination
- Prepare MIS reports and KPI dashboards
- Report branch performance to senior management
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
