Admin Manager – Hospital
Location: Ghaziabad
Job Title: Admin Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day hospital administration and operations
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, security, and support staff
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, and other departments
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and facility-related activities
- Ensure NABH compliance and hospital policies are followed
- Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and attendance
- Monitor patient experience and resolve operational issues
- Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in Hospital Administration preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in hospital administration
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in NABH-compliant hospitals preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
