- Develop VMC programs using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, NX, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, etc.) or manual G-code programming.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, 2D/3D models, and GD&T specifications.
- Select suitable cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and machining strategies.
- Optimize machining parameters to reduce cycle time and improve tool life.
- Perform program simulation and prove-out before production.
- Support VMC setup, tool offset setting, fixture alignment, and first-piece approval.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues during production.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy as per customer drawings and tolerances.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Production departments for process improvements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
