Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Branch Manager in the Microfinance sector (preferred).
- Ability to manage branch portfolio effectively.
- Proven capability to lead and drive branch teams to achieve business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Skilled in developing strategies and roadmaps to enhance branch financial performance.
- Age limit: up to 38 years.
