Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and hardworking candidate to manage back office operations for US-based hotels from our Delhi office. Strong English communication skills are mandatory, as regular coordination with hotel managers and vendors will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Back Office Operations:
Handle day-to-day back office tasks for US hotel operations.
Maintain hotel operational records, reports, and databases.
Manage reservations data, occupancy reports, and revenue records.
Coordinate with hotel managers, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
Marketing Support:
Assist with hotel promotions and online marketing activities.
Update hotel listings on travel websites and booking platforms.
Monitor online reviews and customer feedback.
Support strategies to improve bookings and hotel visibility.
Reporting & Data Management:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Manage Excel sheets, dashboards, and operational data.
Analyze booking trends, expenses, and revenue reports.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication (spoken & written) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work in US shift timings.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Problem-solving and team coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualification:
Undergraduate (UG) / Postgraduate (PG) in Finance, Accounts, Commerce, or related field preferred.
