Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader (Sales) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones. This is a 100% B2B sales role, ideal for someone with a passion for consultative selling, client engagement, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Client Outreach:
Call and follow up on leads received from various sources.
Actively engage with potential customers to understand their packaging needs.
Educate clients about our products and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Growth & Client Relationships:
Maintain regular touch points with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
Develop sales with validated customers by providing exceptional service and customizedproduct recommendations.
Conduct client visits to build strong business relationships and explore new opportunities.
What We Are Looking For: 5to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Cosmetic industrie (Sales). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with key decision-makers. Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to grow in a competitive environment. Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
