- We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Team Lead / Head – Telecalling to drive business growth by promoting our Research & Development (R&D), IT Services, Software & Hardware Development, Embedded Systems, IoT, Education Technology, Academic Project Development, and AI-based solutions while generating leads and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage business leads through various online and offline channels.
- Build, maintain, and follow up with prospective clients and lead databases.
- Promote the company's Software, Hardware, Embedded Systems, IoT, AI, and Project Development services.
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities and achieve sales targets.· Build strong client relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Lead and support telecalling and business development activities.
- Monitor lead conversion, team performance, and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements:
- 1–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, or Team Handling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, business growth, and customer acquisition goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate telecalling and sales teams to achieve performance targets.
- Experience in client relationship management, lead conversion, and business development strategies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and performance tracking is an added advantage.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
