Job Summary: The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing sales data across 2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler, and 4-Wheeler divisions. The role ensures accurate reporting of enquiries, bookings, retail, billing, stock movement, target achievement, and incentive calculations. The position supports management with real-time data insights for strategic decision-making and OEM compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Data Management
Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales MIS for 2W, 3W & 4W divisions.- Maintain booking, retail, billing, delivery & cancellation reports.
- Track sales targets vs achievements (Model-wise / Executive-wise / Branch-wise).
- Monitor enquiry conversion ratios.
- Maintain customer follow-up data & lost case analysis.
Stock & Inventory Reporting
Prepare stock statement (Opening, Inward, Billing, Closing).- Monitor aging stock reports (Model-wise & color-wise).
Coordinate with stockyard and sales team for vehicle availability updates
Financial & Incentive Reporting
Prepare sales incentive calculation sheets.- Coordinate with Accounts for payment reconciliation.
- Monitor finance penetration & insurance penetration reports.
- Track exchange, accessories & extended warranty reports.
OEM & Management Reporting
- Submit OEM reports (Daily/Monthly formats).
- Maintain DMS data accuracy.
- Generate dashboards for management review meetings.
- Support audit and compliance documentation.
Required Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, MIS Dashboards).
- Strong analytical & reporting skills.
- Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System).
- Understanding of automobile sales process (2W/3W/4W).
- Attention to detail & accuracy.
Ability to handle large data volumes
