Core Training Responsibilities
- Process Monitoring: Watch factory assembly or machine lines to ensure work runs smoothly.
- Documentation: Keep logs of shift output, material use, and worker attendance.
- Quality Checks: Inspect finished items for defects and report errors.
- Team Support: Help train new floor workers and assign daily tasks.
- Safety Enforcement: Make sure staff wear safety gear and follow rules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
