Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with strong expertise in the Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, 3PL, Express Logistics or Transportation industry.
The candidate must have proven experience in HR Strategy, Workforce Planning, Bulk and Blue-Collar Hiring, Warehouse Manpower Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Compliance, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Leadership Development.
Must have handled large-scale manpower across multiple warehouse, hub or logistics locations.
Candidates from Logistics, Warehousing, 3PL, Supply Chain, Transportation, Express Delivery or E-Commerce Logistics backgrounds will only be considered.
Pay: ₹299,000.00 - ₹399,000.00 per month
