Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Service Supervision: Monitors dining area flow, ensures timely service, and maintains cleanliness.
- Guest Relations: Greets guests, manages reservations, and resolves complaints or special requests professionally.
- Staff Leadership: Trains, mentors, and supervises waiters and bus staff to uphold service standards.
- Operational Control: Oversees menu presentation, inventory, and coordination with the kitchen.
- Direct Service: Takes orders and serves food/beverage in fine dining or assigned stations.
