Position: Sales Associate
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate at PawSpace, your primary focus will be revenue generation, outbound and inbound calls, reporting, achieving targets, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and service providers. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
1. Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for PawSpace. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and maximize sales potential.
2.Outbound Calls Reach Out: Proactively reach out to potential customers and service providers through outbound calls, presenting PawSpace’s value proposition and converting leads into customers or partners.
3. Inbound Calls Management: Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers and service providers, providing them with information about our services, resolving queries, and guiding them through the registration process.
4. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyse sales data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve sales performance.
5. Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets in coordination with the management team and work relentlessly to achieve and exceed them. Monitor progress regularly and take corrective actions as needed.
6. Maintain Positive Customer and Service Provider Relations: Foster strong relationships with existing customers and service providers, address any concerns, and ensure high satisfaction. Act as a point of escalation for complex issues to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
-Must be Graduate, any bachelor degree is fine
- Proven track record of success in sales, with 1-3years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and service providers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales reporting tools to manage and analyse sales data.
- Must have basic knowledge in working on google sheets/ Excel
- Results-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Passionate about pets and their well-being, genuinely wanting to contribute to the pet care industry.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
● Proficiency in Kannada (highly preferred); Tamil / Telugu is a plus
● Experience in chat support or customer handling
● Prior experience using CRM tools
