Job Description:
We are looking for candidates for the position of Call Center Executive. The role involves handling customer calls, providing information, and resolving queries in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can also apply)
- Good communication skills
Language Requirement:
- Multilingual candidates preferred
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
