- Support the setup and management of Learning Management System (LMS) modules and learning initiatives.
- Assist in designing and executing performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Handle end to end recruitment and talent acquisition support including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and documentation.
- Support onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
- Manage day to day HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, employee records, and HR compliance.
- Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards while contributing to continuous process improvement.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
