We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data and AI to lead strategic data, analytics, and artificial intelligence initiatives that improve operational performance, accelerate insight delivery, and enable scalable, governed data solutions across the organization.

Lead cross-functional data and AI initiatives from strategy through execution, partnering with business, technology, operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Define and manage roadmaps for analytics modernization, data products, AI enablement, reporting automation, and enterprise data governance.
- Oversee delivery of high-quality datasets, dashboards, models, and AI-enabled solutions that support business decision-making and client outcomes.
- Guide teams in data analysis, requirements definition, solution design, data quality management, and adoption of modern data platform capabilities.
- Manage priorities, stakeholder expectations, delivery risks, and team performance while promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, AI, or technology delivery, with 10+ years leading teams or major programs.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud analytics, data warehousing, data governance, BI reporting, machine learning, and AI solution delivery.
- Experience translating business objectives into data strategy, product roadmaps, delivery plans, success measures, and executive-level communications.
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams, influence senior stakeholders, manage complex priorities, and deliver practical data and AI solutions at scale.
