Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our Alibaba account, communicate with international buyers, create and maintain product listings, coordinate jewelry design development, and prepare product costing. The ideal candidate should have experience in the jewelry industry and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesAlibaba Account Management
- Handle Alibaba inquiries and RFQs from international customers.
- Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with buyers and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and design teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain customer communication records and update order status.
Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create and upload product listings on Alibaba and other B2B platforms.
- Write accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, and keywords.
- Upload product images and maintain organized product catalogs.
- Optimize listings for better search visibility and customer engagement.
- Update pricing, inventory, and product information regularly.
Jewelry Design Coordination
- Coordinate with the CAD and design team for customer-specific designs.
- Prepare design presentations and product sheets.
- Ensure product specifications match customer requirements.
- Maintain design records and product development status.
Jewelry Costing
- Prepare product costing based on gold weight, diamond/gemstone weight, labor, and manufacturing charges.
- Calculate quotations for international customers.
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams for cost verification.
- Maintain costing sheets and update them according to metal price changes.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Maintain Excel reports and customer databases.
- Support management with weekly and monthly activity reports.
Required Skills
- Experience in the jewelry manufacturing or export industry.
- Knowledge of Alibaba Seller Center and B2B marketplaces.
- Understanding of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of jewelry costing and quotation preparation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
