Job description:
Lead and manage the complete Accounts & Finance operations including financial planning, taxation, audits, compliance, budgeting, cash flow, and finalization of accounts. Ensure strong financial control and support business growth through strategic financial management.
15+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance with strong exposure in well-established organizations and leadership handling experience preferred.
Handle overall Accounts & Finance operations.
Manage budgeting, MIS, cash flow, and financial reporting.
Ensure statutory and tax compliance.
Lead audits, banking, and reconciliations.
Implement strong financial controls and cost management.
Lead and strengthen the accounts team.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
