Job title: Relationship Manager - Direct Sales
Job location: Mumbai, Jodhpur, Varanasi and Delhi.
Work timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Experience: 0- 2 years (Maximum 2 years)
We are looking for a relationship manager - direct sales who can drive new client acquisition and promote to exporters, eCommerce sellers, and international businesses. The role is purely a field sale, including client meetings, product demonstrations, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Customer activation & revenue:
1. Call every new signup within 2 hours
2. Understand exporter flow including clients, frequency, and ticket size
3. Drive first transaction within 7 days
4. Push repeat transactions
B. Customer relationship management:
1. Be available on phone calls and WhatsApp
2. Resolve issues quickly
3. Ensure monthly usage
C. Partner acquisition (Identify & onboard):
1. Identify and onboard CA firms
2. Identify and onboard export consultants
3. Identify and onboard agency networks
D. Partner activation:
1. Train partners on pitch
2. Help partners identify 5-10 clients
3. Drive first 2-3 signups
4. Ensure first transactions happen
E. Pipeline & tracking:
1. Track signups to activation to transactions
2. Track partners to signups to activation to GMV
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
