Position: Director, Experience 9+ years Responsibilities: • Property Acquisition: responsible for acquiring properties in identified micro markets in the City. This will include doing all ground work to establish a supply chain channels by working directly in market with property developers, societies, owners & NRIs • Tenant Sales: responsible for managing Sales for City in identified micro markets. Taking accountability of Tenant sales monthly & yearly targets. This will include establishing the direct and institutional sales channels in area of tenant sales. Will be responsible to drive the local sales team on day-day basis. Working to establish YourOwnROOM brand value in the city buy running direct market campaigns in corporates/colleges or any other identified potential spot • Establish B2B Partnership to drive hyper growth: This will include driving partnerships with Corporates, Builders, Developers, IPCs to create channels to acquire properties and tenants. It will also include nurturing the relationship and managing governance. • Business Operations: responsible for managing operations of City geography by following companies’ policies and guidelines. This will include driving the operation team to deliver end-end operations role of property assessment, property on boarding, tenant on boarding, customer relationship management, legality, tenant & owner renewals. Responsible for interacting with owners & tenants - keep a healthy relationship, collect data for C-SAT, Respond to customer's queries without delay • Will be responsible for the P&L management of City including the GMV, Revenue and Gross Margins and EBIT. As the P&L responsibility candidate will be driving the following • Property Acquisition Forecast and Target achievement • Tenant Sales Forecast and Target achievement • Invoice Generation & Rental Collection • Payment Refunds for Tenant Exits, Vendor Services • Deposit recollection from owners where ever applicable • 90% Utilization of property ensuring agreed gross margins are delivered • Expected to use the existing data information channels and establish a clear reporting track for City • Will be working with YourOwnROOM leadership team • To establish & operationalize Go to Market Strategy for business • Periodic business performance reviews of P&L, customers (tenants/owners)
Minimum Qualification
• MBA/ BE from a reputed Institute. • Strong understanding of Property Acquisition, Sales and Operations • Very strong Communication Skills – Written and Verbal • Ability to handle Business Partners, Vendors and Agencies • Ability to think out of the box to drive Operations Excellence • Strong expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. • Mobile and Open to field job.
